COLOR SERVICE & SATISFACTION POLICY
Our goal is for every client to leave feeling confident, beautiful, and happy with their hair. Because all color services involve professional time, customized formulation, and product usage, completed color services are non-refundable.
If you have any concerns regarding your color service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We require an in-person consultation so we can properly evaluate the hair and discuss any possible adjustments.
Please note that hair color may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, filters, screen settings, and angles, so photos alone may not accurately reflect the result.
If the hair has been altered, toned, colored, or corrected by another salon or individual before we are able to evaluate it in person, we may not be able to assess or address the original service.
Any adjustments or corrective services are offered at the discretion of the salon.
